Conducts free vocational and livelihood training programs to empower residents with marketable skills.
Facilitates the Conditional Cash Transfer program for qualified indigent families in the city.
Issues certificates of indigency, social case studies, and referral letters for clients seeking assistance elsewhere.

AICS – Financial Assistance in Crisis Situations

- Resident of Lapu-Lapu City (Barangay Certification)
- Experiencing a crisis situation (medical, burial, etc.)
- Valid government-issued ID or Barangay ID
- Certificate of Indigency from the Barangay
- Medical records or hospital bills (for medical assistance)
